Yesterday i saw some graphs shown by Mr. Patali Champika and i doubted weather these graphs are correct (He had a little bit bad time showing a picture of internet). Anyway i found same graphs on today news papers with correct sources. So it makes a sense. Development cannot be just measured by number of roads or buildings.
