Pinwath Loku Swaminwahanse delivered a Dhamme Deshana at the Mihintale Public Park, on the 6th September 2008 at 3:00 pm. The event was organized by the Sri Lanka Police, Mihintale together with the Dhammacetiya Bhawana Asapuwa, Anuradhapura.
