නියමිතයි ක්‍රමය ට නම් Default වෙන 1st month 10% penalty එකයි ඉට පස්සෙ සැම මාසෙකට 2% ගානේ penalty tax add වෙනවා. ඕකෙ කොහොම උනාද දන්නේ නෑ. Fully settlement නිසා penalty % එකක් waver off කරන්න ඇති.

Penalty tax එක default tax එකෙන් 50% උපරිමයකට වෙනකම් charge වෙන්නේ.
