I am a user of both connections. I strongly believe , they do not offer correct data volume to us. After few days these company send me many massages to add data to package.. Guys do not do this and waste your money.... This issue should discuss and night time data is also useless things. These companies earn a big profit by mislead us.

Many were tunneling data, cheating them mother fuckers. Then our යූටියුබ්වරු and attention-seeking bitches here on elakiri found out about it and then all methods were patched and gone like a fart in the wind.

absolutely right. i've noticed even the routers are turned off data was gone. many times i've complained about this. but it's useless. the most common answer from the dialog is "your device may have a fault and using the data in background processes". we can't do anything regarding this bro...... because TRC is on their hands. once i found a thread in ElaKiri about unlimited internet on guaranteed downloading speed in India by airtel.

Well I use both, SLT fibre for home (40 GB) and Dialog for work (35GB), never happened this. Data consumption is correct according to the usage. In addition I'm getting 35 GB bonus data in some months in Dialog, I got it in November and December

can't speak for other's but there doesn't seem to be any issue for me on SLT fiber.
monitored the data usage from january 2019 to this day and data usage seems to be consistent

No, never purchased extra data in Dialog or SLT. The given volume is sufficient for my usage. However, I got 35 GB bonus data in November 15th, up to then I had used around 15 GB from my day time data quota, and afterwards data calculated from the bonus 35 GB and it did not expire and was able to use this bonus until 10th December, however the remaining day time quota (20 GB) for November expired 1st December. Then again around 12th November I got another 35 GB bonus volume with 12 Months validity. So I could not use my regular data. Now I have 35 GB regular volume and another 35 bonus. If I want I can use this 70 GB within December however I don't understand this bonus scheme
