This is bull shit. Don't post things u can't take responsibility. Can u prove it?

Nothing like that in my detail bill.I'll post it for your reference if u want. Other thing, VAT is not something u can charge in any rate u want. It's a government (Inland revenu dept) control thing. So if any1 doing such a thing any 1 can sue against them.

Most funny part is as u said if they charge additional amount as VAT then it won't go to Dialogs revenue but to governmet income because VAT on customers is collected by the service provides but then remitt to Inlan Revenue dept. I think who ever draft this mail has no knowledge at all on there areas.

Life time discount is a choice of a customer. U can't blame Dialog for that. Because all mobile service providers charge such amounts on customer. U know, all of them give things like discount, additional talk time, incoming free time etc based on daily rental or some lumpsum payments. So it's customers choice to go for them or not.

Next time think twis before posting bro. (nikan ahanne,uba SLT1eda work karanne?)
