Dialog GPRS help.....

hey guys....

when i tried to connect gprs it says "authorization fail"
i didn't change any settings in my phone...i called customer care then they sent me settings..but still not working...then i went to the arcade & they also don't know how to fix this...this is not a problem in my phone..i tried another sim & its working...the problem is in my sim...
can somebody help me....

date & time hari....phone akata wena sim akak dammahama wada..mage sim ake awulk wage...

if ur sure it's the sim

get a new one for the same number
talk 2 the ppl @ Dialog
they will give a replacement sim

else u can get one for 200/=

First deactive your KBB
OFF KBB & send to 678 after switch off your 4n
then gprs is working 100%

Dialog prepaid da? broadband da? postpaid da?

First deactive your KBB
OFF KBB & send to 678 after switch off your 4n
then gprs is working 100%

thanks a lot...you are the man..even dialog can't do this...now my gprs is working...you are really helpful
