May be Dialog has the coverage. But it sucks when is comes to quality. Specially in Colombo. I live in Nugegoda. Most of the time it is very difficult to take a call or send a sms. Its very annoying sometimes.

Dialog boats about they have coverage and things. But at the moment they are not doing any improvements to their system because they do not have money. So in few months time the service will go down further....

only bit expensive
but yet some packages are cheap
