machan i 2 had da same prob but u must complain, to their customer care
(0777 678678) i complained and now i am ok wit my connection. the speed u get, will depend a lot on the place u reside (or area u logon), if u r near to a base station u may get a good speed. bt its hard to get their full speed of 7.2mbps.

Guys, we can't compare ADSL & Dialog HSDPA. That is like Apples to Oranges. Technologies are both different, and the target market as well as it's usages are different.

ADSL should be compared with WiMax and Dialog HSPA should be compared with M3. 3G depends on base stations and the connection will depend on it, no mater it be Mobitel or Dialog.

As for International Bandwidth, I'm pretty sure comparing the customers both SLT and Dialog have, Dialog users have a higher proportion of the Intl B/w. After all what makes you think SLT has dedicated all their Intl bandwidth to ADSL users.

I have many telecommunication engineering friends in SLT. so no need to work at this moment. I have worked in a leading ISP in a sri lanka. so i get many informations about ISP.

so... no need to work for dialog to know Dialog BB, as a user you must know it.

PS. Slt ADSL rocks, unlimited bandwidth and everything... But I use Dialog HSPA connection also. And its really great too, although the best speed I've gotten is closer to 600 Kilo Bytes/sec.....
