I don't whether Sri Lankan ISP started shaping P2P traffic from users yet.. But you can try to bypass it in uTorrent
Preferences=>BitTorrent=>Protocol Encryption to Enabled or Forced

also using Port 80 might help....

If they want to ban or limit torrents;they have a responsibility to tell the limitation to the customer(when they purchased the connection)They never did that!!

I don't think he is talking about a problem dialog has. He is just saying that if one person downloads using torrents its unfair to others.

But I totally disagree. As long as I have HSDPA connection I'm gonna download using torrents.
