    How are customers charged?
    img_red_box.gif

Monthly rental of Rs. 1,495/- will be charged (Exclusive of Tax)

How does the Fair User Policy Package (FUP) work?

The customer will experience 7.2Mbps download and 2Mbps Upload speed upto usage of 5GB.

Once usage passes beyond 5GB, the quality of service will be downgraded to download a speed of 384kbps and upload a speed of 64kbps and will continue for the next 1GB usage.

Beyond 6GB the quality of service will be downgraded to download a speed of 64kbps and upload a speed of 16kbps.

After the billing cycle the quality of service will be reset to the original position.

7.2 is just not practically achievable in sri lanka.. but still the speed is quite amazing in city areas

  who told it? Then why they sell it as 7.2 Mbps connection? :P :P

If ISP can do it, SLT had to promote ADSL 512 Kbps connection as a 10 Mbps connection ! !

    Don't fool people!!

There are so many other factors that affect the broadband speed.Even though the network is capable of delivering 7.2 ,the real speed will be lot slower than it due to those factors
