Dialog VS Mobitel (HSPA Connections)

Please tell me which one is better and which ISP provides the fastest connections?

(if you are a HSPA user, showing ur speedtest.net result would be highly appreciated!)

Mobitel is Rocks there! Downloading speed goes up to 150kB/s.But, FUP Is the problem! I`m SLT ADSL Here! So, no speedtest results for Mobitel or Dialog!....
