The download speed varies on how busy the network gets. This is common for all shared bandwidth connections (Dialog Wimax, SLT ADSL, Lankabell Wimax, etc). If you need dedicated speeds you have to get leased line since only those gives fixed speed at all times.

    hmmm theory true(may b i dnt know :P) but in reality :P hihihi that was totally dif :yes: :yes: dis happened to one of my friend too. v both had da same prob :P both could download from linux not from windows after setting that change v both can download from windows.

    This really depends on what BT client you used in Linux. For example, on Debian and Ubuntu, both Vuze (3.9) and Bit Tornado has protocol encryption off by default. You have to go to the settings on those software and turn them on to enable protocol encryption.
