Diet Plan Based on Sri Lanka?

    umbe usata 60KG wage set wuna nan ati :yes: what's your target ?

    60 - 65 KG with low body fat (5 - 10%) and lots of muscle mass, I can get bulking/diet recipes from internet nut those are expensive and some of items are not available in sri lanka that's why i am struggling, it's hard to find out diet plans according to sri lankan food type

    Exactly my Problem so I eat all the food I can eat I can't give a fuck about body fat I'll get bulk and gain weight and then work out thats easier.

    Yes that's my idea too, but we have to take calories correctly at right time and avoid supplements. so far how is your achievement?

    I will not work out as I can't keep doing it consistantly and I have done this before I went up to 56 Looked buff and stoped working out and went down to fucking 48, Now I don't work out at all I just want to put on the mass :yes: Then it doesn't matter if I work out or not the weight isn't gonna go down.

    I think the best thing to do is to eat as much as you can and then stick to push-ups + pull ups...:P ..unless you want to be 100% committed and continue with the maintenance...:D:D
