If anyone have best diet plan / Bulking to gain weight (to gain more muscle than fat) please post. and your workout plan.

60 - 65 KG with low body fat (5 - 10%) and lots of muscle mass, I can get bulking/diet recipes from internet nut those are expensive and some of items are not available in sri lanka that's why i am struggling, it's hard to find out diet plans according to sri lankan food type
Exactly my Problem so I eat all the food I can eat I can't give a fuck about body fat I'll get bulk and gain weight and then work out thats easier.
Yes that's my idea too, but we have to take calories correctly at right time and avoid supplements. so far how is your achievement?
