Digitalocean down with SLT

Anyone having Digitalocean Mumbai data center resources experiencing downtime with SLT? We have 3 servers and 1 DB cluster in the Mumbai region, and all those work fine with Dialog, Mobitel, and Other ISP providers except for SLT. All SLT-using customers are experiencing this downtime.
