DishTV beter than DialogTV ?

    yesterday I went to the sat tv shop in my area and they told me all channels of DialogTV 1990/=+tax package can be get from DishTV 700/= package.

    How yours think about DishTV

    any dishTV low packages available ? such as 100/=

    dish tv package costs about 800 rupees a month and it has all the channels what dialog has, but Dishes movie channels like hbo, star movies have advertisements, other than that everything is same.

    i think u should search more satellite shops because there are so many other DTH services such as TATA SKY, RELIANCE BIG TV, AIRTEL TV and SUN DIRECT which are better than Dialog tv!

    the cheapest is TATA SKY and SUN DIRECT! but SUN DIRECT is using MPEG4 format which has better picture quality than TATA SKY!

    RELIANCE BIG TV is a little expensive but has MORE channels than other services!

    Make no mistake, ALL of those Sat channels from India have ads in them and the content is censored.
    If Dialog TV is giving Movie channels and AXN from the Singapore feeds and not the Indian feeds, then its better to stay with Dialog.

    mama dialog tv aran dan awuruddakata kittui....mage tiyenne sony wega flat tv ekak. dtv gattu da indan picture quality ne vcd taram wath.mama player eke vcd play kalama ena quality eka wath ne. mama me gana dialog ekata complaints hungaak danma. e aya eka eka welawata eka eka ewa kiyanne...antimata kiyanawa sony wega tv walata dialog tv dvd quality enne nellu.mama tech aya ekka kata kala..e aya kiyanne eka hadanna onilu dialog eka....mata call back karanawa kiwwa...eth dan masa ganak wenawa...tama haduwe ne....mata epa wela tiyenne....dtv channels picture quality neti nisa dan mama film ekak wath balanne ne eken.rarely balanne...discovery wage...really dissapointed. tech aya kiwwe dtv mpeg2 pictures tiyenne kiyala(mpeg2 technology eka echchara honda ne) e wagema e aya confirm kala, dtv dvd quality pictures denne ne kiyala....e aya kiyanne vcd quality ekata wada wedi quality ekak tiyenne kiyala...(less than dvd quality) eth mata nam vcd quality wath labenne ne :( e ayata complaints kalata wedak uneth ne....im really dissapointed...:baffled::oo::(

    My DTV signal quality is over 60% and when the dialog sent their tech guys to check it, they told me that signal quality is ok, and further they added that it's a problem with dialog, specifically related to Sony wega flat tvs....i cannot believe it...because sony tvs are widely used in sl...so i dont think dtv pic quality depends on the tv. :( If it's so...customers would hv to change their tv set, when they buy dtv connection(when the customer has Sony wega flat model)...and customers should not buy Sony wega flat Tvs....(funny isn't it?) but that's wht dialog is telling me all the time...and another thing....the pic quality is not the same for all channels....i.e. for Al-jazeera its really bad, with lots of dots in it...while CNN is better(better in the sense, better than that of Al-Jazeera, but still poor pic quality).
