    what u can try:
    1. install another driver (not necessarily the latest)
    2. try the same VGA on another PC
    3. try another power supply unit
    4. try lowering the clock speeds of the VGA core

these normally happen when you have been throttling around with the clocks......did you try overclocking by any chance? the driver stops responding when the system shows artifacts and when the vga gets stressed due to OC :)

try lowering the clocks or..................try installing WHQL drivers if you have BETA drivers installed ;) :D:D:D all the best aiyaaa

    Suba Dhavasak Oyaata!!! :D

i guess you have overclocked or something
    best thing to do
clean current drivers(not uninstall)use driver cleaner or something
then restart & install newest available WHQL
do not mess with clocks, also its better to turn off Aero if enabled by any chance

    isn't that a SM2.0 card with lower bus width?
please do not compare with your ATI SM2.0 card:no:
If it supports Aero then it will work well. Aero doesn't need much GPU performance. If Intel GMA can support is, why can't this?
