Well if anyone can't go to web site and it gives a 403 error, just remove www. part from the address and try again...

this is a true story.i hav done mcp 70-290 exam n they told me dat i can reimburse that money wen i passed the exam.unfortunately i didnt had the chance to pass, so they offered me a second chance to retake the exam. and guess what., wen u passed in the 1st try.u can reimburse the money without having any difficulties. you have to provide the proof, but thats another story. after all, this is a true story guys.
