I just paid Rs. 5000 yesterday and my account balance read Rs. -1100/- (Bill process was last on 13/04) then today morning my bill was back up to Rs. 996/-. Either I took over Rs. 1000/- calls from 13 April to 18 April or the billing is wrong.
When I contacted Dialog they said the value currently shown is INCORRECT. Surpose I went and paid the Rs. 996... and when the balance came back to normal I would have over paid! This is the second time this happened to me!
I have been using cell phones for the last 10 years (those days Cell Phones where Magic and Dialog didn't even exist).
The secret behind such incorrect amounts might be this.
When we over pay that is SOLID money to them... for example if they are stuck on paying a loan they temporaly over charge customers then customers pay the indicated value and guess what happens! Dialog took a SOLID money loan from customers.
The cusumer protection authority says they need a fax... but I don't have time to be writing these things... the funny part is... isn't anyone in the cusumer protection authority using Dialog?
I told Dialog Customer Care that they should show "Bill is in processing" insted of showing a fake number...
