download & extract files in above link..
then run gta sa & minimize it.. after that you have to run the dwnlded GTASA_Center.exe.
here's some tips
press NUM + for Turbo boost(while driving)
press NUM / for super speed
press NUM * for super breaks
..and you can customize rest of the cheats as u want.
(u can also make ur own cheats)
