machan i got many things from ebay. even last january my friend got two laptops from ebay (like that big items you have to go to post office. i mean size).
make sure that seller has hi-ratings, like more than 99% and user comments for that seller. bcoz big sellers wont cheat you.
seller will tell you how many days itz take to come. if you didt receive, you can inform to seller or to ebay.most of da timez they will refund
some sellers not mention our country (SL). so you can ask him itz possible to ship to sri lanka.
for da new mobile phones, you have to contact seller and tell him to "dont mention phone name or model on da case" simply itz mobile phone.specialy with GPS.
for electronic and computer parts they using good packings. you dont want to sick on it.
last thing is, if big price on that case goverment will put tax on it.
