Does people hates Dialog???

Its so unfortunate that people think that AirTel is gonna rule the Sri Lankan market...

Sri Lankan mobile market is not stable like other europian countires..What i mean to say is less "LOYAL CUSTOMERS "

So in sri lanka with the inflation and other finacial reasons,subscribers are forced to move in to cheep mobile networks (CHEAP - Labama package eka)

But even with a market like that DIALOG has 5 million subcribers....
Now thats what we need to think of....

majority of the Dialog subcribers are loyal to their network...

But most of the people who complain about their service ( Most of the mobitel subscribers) and critisize every single thing that dialog does are the ones who are the members of the above mentioned market...So they expect something really CHEAP to come out of dialog ( What ever comes out its not gonna help)

You really cant blame them cuz its their Choice....

But on the other hand the people who know whats " EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE " "STATE OF THE ART TECHNOLOGY" and especialy "QUALITY " will defineatly go for Dialog...

Cuz dialog is simply the best...!!!!!!

MORE ADVANCED NETWORK IS MOBITEL, DIALOG MOBILE BROADBAND IS USELESS WHERE MOBITEL IS MUCH BETTER. DIALOG 3G CAPACITY IS MINIMAL, THATS WHY THEY CHARGE MORE FOR VIDEO CALLS THAN VOICE CALLS. MOBITEL UPAHARA VIDEO CALLS ARE FREE. DIALOG BLASTER VIDEO CALLS ARE NOT FREE. SO HOW CAN WE ACCEPT THEY ARE "FUTURE TODAY" THEY WANT US TO TAKE SAME OLD VOICE CALLS.

Im new to this site. Accedently saw this thread and want to post my idea about this.. I dont hate any mobile network. Cuz they are doing what they want. Whatever it sux or rox. It depends on people's choice.

Im using mobitel pre paid package for over 2 years. Rates are lower than other packages (Per minute). Im getting those 20% discount for my calls and sms. Smart freedom is also good. 3 hrs of out going free, 100 sms free and totally incoming free for Rs.62.88/= Any 8 is cheaper while comparing to dialog my10. Outgoing within network is even low than other networks. The best thing is for me is that we can ring if have even 1cents in our phone and incoming free for 2 mins (if you dont have incoming free) if we dont have credits. I dont think anyone offers that feature. Thats very useful for me. Customer care is also good. Mobitel has everything i need. Mobitel suits for me and i love my mobitel connection.

Peak Hours - Weekdays 6.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m.
Off Peak Hours - Weekdays 8.00 p.m. to 11.00 p.m
Weekend Bonanza - Saturday, Sunday and public holidays 6.00 a.m. to 11.00 p.m.
Bonanza- Everyday between 11.00 p.m. to 6.00 a.m.

No one understands their customers like Dialog does.

Since I have done research in this area, I know that no one criticises Dialog because they don't like Dialog, but becuse they want Dialog to be even better - in all areas. That is why Dialog is number 1, regardless of a slightly high call tariff.

My openion is that no one buys a Dialog connection by only looking at the price! But for the Coverage, Customer Service, Brand Power, World Class Value Added Services, Corporate Image, and everything that goes with it...

Maybe yeah that can be true.. I used all networks here. But finally i sticked to mobitel. As i said before all depends on the person who use it. There are few things that i use mobitlel. Main thing is Call chargers (for me its the most important thing, if the person is rich it dosnt matter), coverage (i had network coverage at all the places i visited including trips) and finally customer care (i think i have it when i need it the most).

100% agreed to your post. I just wanna show the difference of the call chargers. Thats all and i dont hate dialog. Actually im not stupid to hate a phone network provider. I've chosen what best for me. So....... I hope dialog can do better with their chargers. Thats all.

i have a very bad experience wit dialog bro. dats y i had to switch to mobitel. i used dialog for 2 yrs but no damn offers. but wen i switched too mobitel at da end of da 1st yr i got a letter saying as a thank u gift for using mobitel we have reduced you charges. and this letter i get at da end of every yr. sum time i get my charges reduced or sumtimes they send offers. and also mobitel customer care is damn good. recently i called da dialog customer care for an inquiry from my uncles fone and i had to wait aroun 10 mins on da fone till sum bugger from da customer care cut the line without answering my inquiry. i had da exact opposite experience in mobitel. i was talking wit a customer care and my battery died. wen i put it to charge not even a minute passes i get a call from mobitel appologizing for the disconnection which they thought was a fault in their side!

got loads more man! cant b bothered talking abt those!
