ya man. i took that screenshot last week. that is HSPA+ technology. it can offer upto 40MBPS. i have another Pic witch shows about 20MBPS. will find it and post later. dialog has 2 antennas of HSPA+ at Future world. and its still not commercially launched. as u know there will be a massive investment needs to upgrade the system. so once the current 3.5 G coverage expanded they will upgrade or it or may be there will be a chance to jump straight into LTE network.
