    2. No, it's fake but it's not a good practice for wearing a tight one
    shelf bra,A sheer bra are some good examples for loose bras.
    if you have saggy breasts then you need to consider for wearing one all the time unless the gravity will make them more saggy.

    4. nah don't use them too much. Light Makeup is completely fine if the brand you purchased is a quality one. it's actually depend on the brand and its quality. but it's actually more comfortable to sleep without Makeup cause you would feel more natural and comfortable.
