DVD Ripping Help!!

Hey guys can any1 pls help me 2 rip a DVD 2 700MB!
I use a software downloaded 4rm EK!
Its Wondershare DVD Ripper Platinum!
I can't rip DVD's in it becoz an error msg pops out!
Here it is!

Can any1 pls tell me a way 2 rip a DVD or a way 2 solve my problem!

No man Its not working in XP!
Can any1 pls give me another software or tell me a way 2 prevent this error!
I copied da DVD 2 da hard disk thinking there might be a problem with da DVD!
But still da same error msg pops out!

Try to use clone DVD platinum.I use 4.9.It will emulate any error.
