Dynamically show updated content in WordPress

Hi Guys,

I'm building a site using WordPress. I'm a novice. What I want to know is, is it possible to create lists (like in SharePoint) to store data & show up-to-date content with sorting on a page. If a user add a new content row to the list/table/whatever, that latest content should be displayed on a page.

Any help would be much appreciated.

No about wordpress coz i pity the framework. Use an Ajax plugin if you can find one or write a plugin. Good luck.
