E-bay Questions - Need Solutions

Hi,

I have both Paypal and Ebay accounts. Paypal is linked to Ebay. These are my questions.

- Can I add Commercial Bank ATM/ Debit Card to my Paypal?
- If not what kind of card I can add to Paypal?
- How much would it cost to get that card?
- Do I have to pay monthly fee for that card or only a small fee when I use it?

- I saw somewhere that you have to pay tax SOMETIMES. But seller send the item to my account Shipping address (which means my home address)? Right? So how come I have to pay TAX if it comes to my Home/ Shipping Address?

Please help me to clear my head.

Get a sampath internet card
it will cost you 200rs if you don't have an account and if you do it will cost you 100rs. you can put money in to that acc and then easily pay your online bills.

you can link Mastercard or Visa Debit/Credit cards with paypal.
Almost all local banks issue one of those cards. For the rates, fees, check with your bank.

The payoneer debit card is a Mastercard. Thats why it works with paypal. however you still need to transfer funds to it.

3. If Your gonna Get a WebCard You Can Choose Your Limit , This Is Like a PrePaid Credit Card For Online Purchases & More Safer ( 2000, 5000, 10000 Are The WebCards Which U Can Choose From ) & you have to Pay a small Fee When Using & No Monthly Fees.

If The Item Is Sent As a Gift you wouldnt Have to Pay Tax But then You Have To Talk With The Seller & ask him Not To Put Any bills , Anyway Tax you wouldnt Have To Pay Much as There Are Other Ways , If You wanna buy Something Below 10,000 It Would Be Better To Get a Sampath Bank WebCard
