Ebay Doubt

I bought a camera bag in ebay..

for 70 USD. Free shipping. I gave my home address. I did everything properly. But one of my friend is saying i have to pay duty.. So it won't arrive to home? Do i have to collect in post office? What may be the approximate duty charge? I ordered in ebay coz couldn't find it here.. Otherwise i can buy it here itself. I feel like screwed..

This is a camera bag no? not a camera it self. So most probably it will not cost you any duty charges and will come to your door step. But if they keep it suspecting that it is a camera depending on its size, you might receive a letter asking to come and receive your goods from the post office. But you can escape from it confirming it to be just a bag. So I don't think it will charge any duty. But if so it will cost only hundreds of rupees.
