EBay Item didn't come

its been 10 days and my EBay ordered item did not come


I'm a bit worried because I told the postman to bring a package if there is one quickly because I need it for a exam (this was after 7 days)... but it was a slave flash unit for cemera (only works with mine ) now I'm scared to weather he lifted it!
