machan do this. tell seller to mark it as a broken camera and put the value as $40 or something. then you can get it out without a problem

by entering a higher value. but don;t do it if you can't pay that much. Then leave it and go to another one. because if you won the bid and unable to pay for it, your account will be suspended from eBay.
