මචන්ලා මට ලොකු උදව්වක් ඕනනේ

මම අවුරුද්දක වගේ ඉදල depression වලින් පෙලෙනවා. මම අවුරුදක ඉදන් මේකට බේත් ගන්නවා. මචන්ලා මාව අන්තිමට බලපු Psychiatric කිව්වා මට ECT treatment කරන්න කියල
මම Intertnet search කරා
එකේ ගැන
මචන්ලා මෙඅකි මගේ දැන් තත්වේ ..මට low mood හැදෙන විදිහ irregualr ..can't predict ..even in very slight insident I getting screwd

මගේ ditermination and self-essteem තාමත් බොහොම පහල මට්ටමක තියෙන්නේ
ඒවගේම මට දරුණු විදිහට තරහ යනවා .
But I am so confusse about ECT with the comments I saw in internet..When I am in low mood ma mind urge me to go for ECT but when I am bit fresh..I got a second thought of not going..Please guy if any one know about reality of this treatment..explain these to me

Shall I go or no to ECT?
Is this memory losing and demolish of thinking power side effects are true?
What are the actual side effect?
Please friend this is serious ..If any one know about this..or any one had this before help me...please It gonna be true help..

did you try hypnotherapy? i think it's safer and more effective than ECT.

No Idea About ECT...
bt I think u should get some kind of treatement ASAP.
Meanwhile try to think Positive.Be Happy for Every Little thing....
for the sun,wind,birds noise,dog barking for everythung...
