Thanks, bro. I tried the Wannaku method diet plan, but I have this habit of eating at midnight, which ruins all the efforts, hence the same weight after a few months of trying the Wannaku method, so I need to change my habits. And thanks for sharing "Sun Sara Soniye".

Machan, take "wannaku method" with a grain of salt.. One of my closest friends tried it.. He lost the weight alright, but the dude lost too much of his lean muscles too..
