please help me brother!!!recently i have downloaded KIS 2009 and the serial number i have entered is blacklisted.I tried your method but i could not be able to follow these steps because after pressing kaspersky settings tab i could not find out the services tab.i tried unticking proactive defense tab and after this also i could not paste the patch in kaspersky lab folder. the error message i am getting is saying cannot copy kaspersky.solution access is denied.please help......
