Elakiri.com not loading on Etisalat ?!?!

හරි, එහෙනං මෙහෙම කරලා බලපං.
මෙන්න මේ file එක ඉස්සෙල්ලාම read only කියලා තියන එක අහක් කරන්න :
windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts

ඊට පස්සෙ ඒක notepad එකෙන් open කරන්න. ඒකෙ අගටම මේ පේලිය දාන්න :

173.245.60.43    www.elakiri.com

ඔතන ip එකයි domain name එකයි අතර space අරගන්නෙ TAB key එකෙන්.
දැං ඔය file එක save කරලා EK ලොග් වෙන්න බලන්න.
