What about using some advertisements to cover that cost ??

I mean, this is the most famous website in Sri Lanka, operating without a single advertisement. So I guess people will understand that you need to use a technique to cover the costs of such a big project.

I don't think that people will just play games without participating in the forum.

If it's possible just enforce a rule like, you have to participate in the forum and post atleast 10 - 50 posts per month to play games or something machang.
