NEC is perfect. I don't think they are Samsung, because Samsung don't make their drives as well.

Nothing is perfect ne Anusha ayya.Sonys low end is completed with DRU 170A/C.It is from NEC.Highend is from DRU 830A which is from Samsung.Check the labels on 830.U would find it.Any way I'm confused now that who makes the optical drives and who r not.

ur using the stock MB BIOS rev (602)... update the BIOS to atleast 1002.. (newest it 1103) n the warnings (which is a bug) in DDR2 Term will be fixed... 1.2VHT is a bit too high....

I agrre with u.This chipset had seriuos issues with RAMs and frying them.

They are good. Mitech only has Liteons. Not sure if they have the latest 20x models with lightscribe.
