Does it matter!

Machan auk can you suggest me a video editting software which can do these..

> Reduce the size (in Megabytes) of an AVI to any specified size....

e.g 1 GB --> 200 MB

> Increase the audio quality by reducing background noises....

e.g. In a speech giving video, to increase the volume of the person who is giving the speech and reduce the background noises....

So auk if there's a software available which can do the above please post the download links of it.......would really appreciate if you can man THANKS!!!! :D :D
