BIOS can't do anything when the hardware isn't designed like that. Besides, nobody would design the hardware to be overclocked and prevent it by BIOS. It makes no sense.

not sure. itin mage nforce 250 tibbe ne. F10 indala F11 walata flash karama apuruwata Vcore ehema venas karanda puuwan unane. hoyala balanda

If it is because of EIST, your clock speed while running the test should have been 3003MHz. (429x7)

That was a limitation of the BIOS. This is a limitation of hardware.
