Your system is water cooled right? And i guess your MOBO also overclokable than mine!! Maybe that's why... I can get it to 3.33 but not stable

I hit 3.6 Without even touching voltages.I think i can hit 4000Mhz But still too afraid to do that.(Got the Processor today)
