How do i install apps on Lumia 520 from phone memory?

I don't own a SD card yet which is why i'm trying to install apps on my phone memory (internal memory). I downloaded the .XAP file onto my PC and copied them over to the phone memory. Now i can't see them in my phone or either install them.

Here map වල අබ්බානක බොරු පාරවල් තියෙන්නේ. මචන් windows phone වලට ලංකාවේ පාවිච්චි කරන්න පුළුවන් හොඳම Navigation app එක මොකක්ද? Google map දාපුවාම here map එකේම layer එකක් විදියට තියෙන්නේ ඇයි. Google map වෙනම install කරන්න බැරිද?

OSM and වගේ navigation එකක් Windows phone වලට තියෙනවද?
