ගෙදර ACL සීලින් ෆෑන් සෙට් එකක් තියෙනවා. ප්‍රශ්නේ තියෙන්නෙ කාලයක් තිබ්බාම 1, 2, 3, 4 කියන ස්පීඩ් පට්ට slow වෙනවා. ඒ කියන්නෙ 3, තියෙන්නෙ 2 හරි 1 හරි ස්පීඩ් එක. හැබැයි 5ට දැම්මාම කැරකෙනවා.

ඔය ප්‍රශ්නෙ හරියනවා අලුතින් regulator එකක් දැම්මාම. ඒත් මාස 2 3ක් ගියාට පස්සෙ ආයි ඔය ප්‍රශ්නෙ එනවා. ෆෑන් එකේ උඩ ප්‍රශ්නයක් කියලා හිතෙන්නෙ නැත්තේ රෙගුලේටර් එක මාරු කලාම කාලෙකට හරියන නිසා.

මම ගොඩක් වෙලාවට regulator එක පාවිච්චි කරන්නෙ නෑ. ඒක 3ට වගේ තියලා ස්විච් එකෙන් තමා ඕන් ඕෆ් කරන්නෙ.

මේකට මොකක්ද හේතුව? permanent solution එකක් දන්න එකෙක් ඉන්නවද?

Both the regulator and the fan have capacitors, so in the case of low speed, we need to change both the regulator and the capacitor in the fan. (or if you have an ESR meter, check which one is faulty), but our normal multimeter can't check those low capacitances properly. So it is guessing game. Normally the fan capacitor is the faulty, and it is very cheap so change that. but it is possible that still we have a noticeable speed reduction. In such a case, change the other capacitor, the regulator.
