BCS has decided to retire the HEQ. This is a 3 year notice which they are required to give. They don't have an alternative plan or course to replace it yet. For those who have completed their cert or dip or PGD qualification, this will not affect their recognition.

අවුරුදු 20 කට විතර කලින් ලංකාවේ IT Degree/ Degree equivalent එකක් ගන්න තිබ්බ සීමිත options වලින් එකක් BCS. දැන්නම් IT Degree කරන්න පුලුවන් තැන් ගොඩක් තියෙනවනේ.

එහෙම ප්රශ්නයක් තියෙනවා තමයි. කටපාඩම් කරලා BCS Exams පාස් වෙන්න පුලුවන්.
කරන උන්ට මුකුත් වෙන්නෙ නෑ බන්. දැනට තියෙන ලෙවල් 3ම සම්පුර්නයෙන් වෙනස් වෙන්ව. එක්කො තව ලෙවල් එකක් ඇඩ් වෙයි. මීට කලින් BCS HEQ එකේ ලෙවල් දෙකයි තිබිල තියෙන්නෙ කියල එකෙක් කිව්ව මට. BCS කරනවනම් ඉක්මනට ඉවර කරලා MSC එකක් දාගන්න. ඊටපස්සෙ අවුලක්ම නෑ.
අන්තිම exam එක තියෙන්නේ 2026 අප්රේල්. ඒ කියන්නේ දැන් certificate level එක කරන අයටත් සම්පූර්ණ කරන්න කාලය තියෙනවා.
