එහෙමම කියන්න බැහැ නේ මචන්,Government job වල TO ලා NDT/NDES/HNDE උන් තමා ඉන්නේ, ප්‍රයිවට් වල TO නම් German Tech:/ ATI කියන්නේ වගේ කට්ට්ය තමා සාමානයෙන් ඉන්නේ. ඒත් කම්පැනි වල රෙපියුටේෂන් එක අනුව, ඕවා වෙනස් වෙනවා.මාත් හරියටම කියන්න දන්නේ නැහැ මචන් ඕවා.

I know BSc Eng CS fresh undergraduates who went to jobs with 100k+(almost all of CSE student at my time went for that salary).
Leapset (currently cake labs) at that time (1 year ago) offered 140k for fresh undergraduates.
WSO2 offred 110k for fresh undergraduates (2 years ago)
And I can confirm that CEB and RDA offers are correct. But recently RDA increased the project allowance up to 50%. So even fresh graduates are entitled salary up to 130k (for those who are working in projects)(But RDA engineers need to be work at least 1 year to be entitled for the project allowance)

What about Telecommunication salaries... i mean for fresh graduates and how do salaries increase ?. I mean SLT, Dialog, Mobitel, Etisalat etc..

Yes, and RDA Project Engineers get a separate vehicle as well, way better than being in Maintenance office even as an Executive Engineer i think...Some people who commented with a lot of facts even don't know Moratuwa CSE, Some of CSE guys are working in Google London and Singapore as well.. I strongly think it is way better to have E-1 and E-2 system. Chemical, Material, Earth and Textile should be in E-2 i think...

I don't know what is E-1 E-2 means. But never accounted any salary anomaly according to the degree. But certain companies hire BSc Engineers and certain companies recruit other private university Engineers. In some companies, they discriminate their recruits by their school. And some companies have bias over to certain universities.

E-1 and E-2 enrolling system was functioning earlier. mainly to divide Major and other Engineering fields. So Major Engineering fields were categorized under E-1 and others under E-2. I feel that enrolling system is more suitable. You are correct about companies behavior on recruiting people. But what i emphasize is Mora ENTC and computer guys are more employable that other graduates from same field from others uni because of performances of them. They have proved it.
