I Think you can earn at least Rs. 50000 as the starting salary. But Don't forget to do IESL courses to get IESL membership. Then you can be an Engineer.

Thank you. Can you please explain me about things like undergraduate, postgraduate , charted etc etc. I know nothing about them. All i know is after 4 years i can get the diploma. After that what should i do? How can i get into degree? What is IESL?

Dialog, Mobitel දෙකම එකම range එකේ යන්නේ 80,000 වගේ. performance අනුව හොදට Increment/Bonus ගෙවනවා 2/3 years experience එක්ක 120,000 වගේ ගන්න පුලුවන්. SLTත් 70,000-80,000 වගේ තමයි starting salary. Airtel/Hutch නම් එගොල්ලන්ගේම Engineering Staff එකක් නෑ. Huawei හරහා තමයි ඒ වැඩ ටික කරගන්නේ. Huawei එකේ නම් බොහොම පොඩි Salary එකක් ගෙවන්නේ 60,000-70,000 වගේ.

TTI ඉවර කලාට පස්සේ ජොබ් එකක් හොයාගෙන IESL කෝස් එක පටන් ගන්න Part time basis, මම හිතන්නේ 2 years වලින් වගේ කරන්න පුළුවන්. ජොබ් එක කරන ගමන් අවුරුදු 3ක් 4ක් ගියත් කමක් නෙහෙ ඉවර කරන්න කෝස් එක. එතකොට IESL එක Associate Membership එක දෙනවා. It is equal to BSc. Eng (Telecommunication) .

Athata enne (120000-9600-3250) = 107150/=

Onama financial institute ekakin facility ekak denne minihekge fixed income eken 60% gewanna witharai..

A kiyanne me salary eken (197150/100*60) = 64290 ta ekha instalment ekak denne naa aurudu 100ta (Oya NDB 7 years professional loan eka) gewanna ganna haduwath..

Ugen hariyatama wisthare ahan awith daapan...

But i know there is a huge difference in Moratuwa computer and Pera Computer. Most of the private software companies like to recruit Mora Computer guys. I am not a Computer Engineer. But most of the guys say
