ya i agree.. but in our Selection board is not in the that matter everyday.. when a tournament comes they get together and decide....
its not good.. coz Australian Cricket Board Selection committee is committed for the team 365 days.. that is the work we have to have from our Committee too. but our ppl are working somewhere and coming to this as a hobby..
