    Employees' Provident Fund (EPF) Department of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka (CBSL) has decided to augment its member services through the implementation of a text messaging service through mobile technology. This facility should enable a member of the EPF to access information relating to the member account that is maintained at the EPF Department.
    A dedicated port will be available for this service. The member could retrieve the required information by sending the relevant commands to the port. This service will be available for Dialog and Non Dialog subscribers.

    How to Register for EPF SMS service?
    Members should register using the attached form which will be provided at the Central Bank of Sri Lanka EPF Department. Accessibility to services will be provided only to the registered members where member registration will be done by the EPF Department. The PIN will be issued to member at the time of registration.

    Port 7778 is for Dialog subscribers and 777018018 is for Non Dialog subscribers

    Normal SMS charges + Taxes would apply depend on the network.
