Although Dr Charith Fonseka is good as an eye surgeon, now he has got too many patients so unable to maintain the quality of the care. He often spends very little time with patients, sometimes as low as half a minute for a Rs 1800 (doctor charge) appointment. And he seems to be always in a hurry. He doesn't even explain the condition and situation properly to patients because of that. And, because he has got many patients he doesn't care much about individual patients. He is doing a sort of 'crowd clearance' like in a government hospital. So I can't recommend him anymore.
