Download the latest CCC -> Unlock the ATI settings (ATI Overdrive) -> Check Manual Fan Control -> Increase the FAN speed (See the pic)

You must be using the an older version of CCC... check again you have this option in your existing CC or not!

Mama hithanne by default its 20% da koheda... it should increase auto when you play games but you can manually increase and OC your VGA a bit more!

Make it 100% and let me know the status of your VGA's noise!

yaaaa just chked... there isnt any fan speed to control.. coz mama kalin dawasakath oka balana kotath fan speed thibe na.. far cry gahana kota kiyanawa update ur VGA kkiyala.. mama balanna hitiye lol.. me mama podak eliyata yanawa pu gama karanam ok

VGA ekath ekka CD ekak awe naddo? But that one might contain older versions.. just scrap it and download from the ATI site!

Fan control karannada? You can still use ATI tool, Riva Tuner and many more...
