Seriously, there are many teams working on NTD (Neglected Tropical Diseases) - After the London declaration, now WHO has a NTD 2030 roadmap. Dengue is just one of them. Currently there are antivirals on Phase2a stage for DENV-3. Lets hope something will be available.කවුද හොයන්නෙ?

As far as facts are concerned, Dengue vaccine trials were haulted due to high failure rate.
