hello there i am from a family of long standing Fiat users and currently i use a Fiat Linea 2012 diesel brought brand new from LOLC. driven more than 60,000km no major issues. one of my friends have another Linea driven nearly 130,000km still nothing much to say.

a second hand Linea is much more affordable than a Punto because all were imported under permit. almost all the parts are available with LOLC if not you can directly import the original parts. there are 2 very well established garages available which does primarily Fiat and Alpha Romeo so you may no need to worry for the maintenance.

both Linea and Grande Punto delivers better features, comforts and safety for the most of similar priced European or Japanese cars.

hello ssdk, I've heard that linea is made in India. is it true? and does the diesel engine make loud noise?
