But Dialog has Started a Project of Broadband Internet. They are Giving it via their own Satellite gateway and SEA-ME-WE fibre optic cable.

No it's a separate connection. SLT will be giving them soon (if they aren't already). It's wireless, but won't be a fixed charge.

WiMAX is a Nice Technology... Which Can Cover large Areas and Provide data-transfer speeds up to 70 megabits per second... I think this Will be Better than ADSL.. for Rural areas...

That's what most people are facing these days. Remember, there will be IPTV too, which will be separate (i.e. will not be included in the downloaded bytes). So it ain't that bad. IP Phone will lower the phone bills

Yes, only for rural areas. Even ADSL2+ is overkill these days (in other countries too). They only get about 6M max (in torrents)
